Day 200 - Waiting for Feedback.......
My last blog entry was on Day 95 and I am waiting for some feedback, comments or any sort of pulse from my large audience that I have gathered over the months......I can’t wait any longer as it is now day 200! I must step it up and continue to inspire those looking to embark on the Bevinco path. Does anyone have any questions or thoughts? You have had 105 days to give it some thought....let me know and I will respond.....just not as long this time. I will be back soon.
Hi Shannon,
ReplyDeleteBeen following your progress with interest.Sounds like you are finding sales pretty tough? How many new clients have you brought on since you started and what lessons have you learned along the way.
What has the support from head office been like?
Best of Luck,
James
Hi James, thanks for the comments. Sales can be tough but I think you get back what you put in. I purchased the franchise with 4 existing clients and an employee so I have spent the bulk of the first 3 or 4 months getting to know my existing clients and working to further improve on the existing systems as well as learn and hone my own auditing skills. In doing that I probably havent spent enough time on sales. When I have put forward an active sales and marketing campaign I have received a great response. In my upcoming blogs I will discuss what marketing activities I have used and what has worked.
ReplyDeleteThanks

Thanks for the response Shannon. As someone who is interested in purchasing a service based Franchise, I would love to get some details on what kind of numbers you are seeing regarding growing your business. Is 4 clients enough to sustain you a living? What is your average billing/week? Is is just liquor audits that you offer or are there other services/products that you can sell? Do you have any competitors?
ReplyDeleteHow long was your initial training?
I think lots of people who are considering a franchise would be interested in that kind of info which is why I ask here.
Thanks,
James
I too have the same questions. Please reply with some figures to play with.... much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteHi Shannon,
ReplyDeleteNot sure if you replied to James' questions above but it would help a great deal to know your thoughts on them from your experiences thus far. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work.
